Meditation and Silence: A 4 Week Course led by Fabrizio Pesce A Reflective Course with Fr Fabrizio Pesce Building on the popular and practical sessions held at the St Peter's Centre, Fr Fabrizio Pesce invites you on a journey of reflection, silence, and meditation to help uncover and connect with the beauty that lies within. Start Date 16 September 2026 (note no session on 7th October- final session 14th October) From 6pm to 7pm Total cost £50 The Gift of Silence. A different way of living. The gift of silence is the ability to communicate while remaining silent—to express yourself without words and to live a life that is quietly eloquent. Silence is a different way of communicating. It is one of the deepest ways of being—and of living. Drawing inspiration from the most ancient monastic traditions, this course aims to rediscover the importance of silence in our daily lives and to deepen our meditation practice. Throughout the course, we will explore the true meaning of silence and gain a deeper understanding of the different forms it can take amid the busyness and noise of modern life. Whether you already have a meditation practice or are simply curious about what meditation and silence can bring to your life, this course offers valuable insights. You will discover how silence can support your personal growth and guide you on your spiritual journey.
